Sasha Merzliakov
Co-Founder, Business Director
Sasha previously worked in financial services, e-learning, and printing industries before moving into interactive media, and has experience across both production and management roles, providing him with a strong customer relationship and solutions based approach to business.
His achievements include National Logo Design winner for the Australian Recycled Cartonboard competition in 1995, branch management experience with FedEx Kinko's, then Macromedia Certified Flash Application Developer and programmer for one of Australia's first Flash Ecommerce websites Supre, and Telstra's V8 Supercars Rich Internet Application - winner of AIMIA's "Best of Best", "Best Sport" and "Best Entertainment" categories.
Sasha is focused on keeping abreast of technological trends, creating innovative application solutions and developing business opportunities for clients.

Ricky Chong
Co-Founder, Technical Director
Originally from Hong Kong, Ricky studied a Bachelor of Computer Engineering at UNSW and has worked in Information Technology, Geographical Information Systems, Finance and E-learning industries - bringing a high level of technical leadership and expertise to the team.
Actively involved in the development community, Ricky's achievements also include winning the Macromedia Certification Challenge in December of 2003 on Flash MX 2004, achieving top-score against a world-wide field.
Ricky is focused on keeping abreast of and developing emerging technologies to provide DDX with a coveted level of expertise in the market-place.
