Presenting the GLU Platform on the Digital Media panel in the afternoon proved to be a rewarding challenge with each Tech23 speaker limited to no more than 4 minutes to present and then cross examined by a panel of industry leaders.
Rich Media SaaS - Development, Collaboration and Management in the 'cloud'
The presentation provided a brief background on DDX, its work in the rich internet applications and rich media space, before introducing the GLU Platform and how it provides a solution for solving rich media challenges.
The GLU Platform's key value proposition is that it can assist reduce rich media development time and cost by more than 50%
An example of this was a project for News Digital Media and Toyota Tarago's "Driving a difference" campaign. Development for a project such as this would normally take 3-4 weeks to complete both front and backend requirements, but by leveraging the GLU Platform, development was reduced to just one week.

From a business perspective, by using the GLU Platform for such projects designers, developers and digital agencies can significantly undercut competitors whilst increasing their profit margins.
