Minor updates in GLU RMMS

Some minor usability improvements have been made in the GLU RMMS along with few bug fixes. These are related to the Manage section's Projects sub section where Projects, Folders, and Modules are managed.
The usability improvements in the GLU RMMS include:
- The GUID column in the Folder Contents list under the Manage section is now selectable so the GUID can easily be copied (by pressing Crtrl+C) without having to go back to the Project tree and find the module, click on it, then click the "Copy" button next to the GUID.
- The GUID column width has also been reduced to allow more space for the Description column
- Clicking the Cancel button on the Module Properties page will now take the user back to the previous view rather than just simply disabling the buttons
Bug fixes include:
- Fixed incorrect button states when clicking on Project, Folder, or Module nodes. Some of the buttons should not be available for a certain node. E.g., when selecting a Project node, the Edit and Delete button under the Folder Contents list should not be available. These have now been fixed.
