Menu module updated

The Menu module in the GLU Platform has been updated recently with the aim to improve its useability. One of the major improvements is the ability to drag-and-drop nodes in the menu tree to re-arrange the menu item order.
The Menu module has received some useability improvements recently. These include:
- the Up and Down buttons to re-arrange menu items have been removed
- the menu tree is now drag-and-drop capable. Menu items can be re-arranged by simply dragging them to the desired locations
- Menu items can now become sub menus of other menu items simply by dragging and dropping them onto the particular menu item, or dropping them directly inside the particular menu item in the desired location
- the whole branch can be moved anywhere simply by dragging to the desired location
- Menu item titles can be edited by double clicking on the item label in the tree
The Menu Module Tutorial has also been updated to reflect this change.
